Where it began

Foster Interiors is a luxury interior design atelier led by founder and creative director Matthew Foster. Matthew’s passion for interiors began at the remarkable age of sixteen, when he first discovered a love for antiques and the art of sourcing rare objets d’art. By nineteen, he had already completed his first showhouse, setting the tone for a career defined by vision, refinement, and uncompromising attention to detail.

In the years that followed, Matthew honed his craft at several renowned design firms, working on distinguished projects that shaped his signature style — a sophisticated blend of timeless elegance and contemporary luxury.

Since founding Foster Interiors in 2021, Matthew has continued to create interiors that are richly layered, meticulously curated, and effortlessly refined. Each space is designed to be both beautiful and deeply personal, blending bespoke craftsmanship with a considered sense of comfort.
